If you are an Edgewood Arsenal test participant, or a participant in another chemical-biological agent testing program sponsored, overseen, directed, funded, and/or conducted by the U.S. military, and would like to contact us, please review this Web site’s privacy policy and then fill out and submit the Questionnaire.
To order a copy of your Edgewood test records, write to the Freedom of Information/Privacy Act Officer, U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense, 3100 Ricketts Point Road, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010-5400, or send a fax to 410-436-4150, with your date of birth, dates of service at Edgewood, and service number.
