Last Updated: April 20, 2009

The goal of the Web site (“this Site”) is to provide information about (1) litigation brought on behalf of Vietnam Veterans of America and certain U.S. military veterans involving the chemical and biological testing of U.S. military personnel that primarily took place at Edgewood Arsenal, in Maryland, during the 1950s to 1970s (the “Edgewood Test Vets Litigation”), including the lawsuit Vietnam Veterans of America v. CIA (click here for more information about this case), and (2) resources available to veterans who may have served at Edgewood Arsenal or been subjected to other chemical or biological tests. In addition, if you are a veteran who participated in the testing done at Edgewood Arsenal (and you are currently residing in the United States), this Site provides you an opportunity to fill out a questionnaire if you wish to be contacted about your service.
